Nathan Wilda is a partner in the Private Equity practice group. He concentrates his practice on corporate transactions, counseling clients on a wide range of complex business deals, including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, leveraged buyouts, private equity and venture capital investments, recapitalization, private financing, executive compensation, equity incentive arrangements, and other general corporate matters. He advises clients in numerous industries, including health care, manufacturing, software, technology, energy services, professional services, and marketing.
