Neal N. Peterson

Neal Peterson is a partner and Co-Chair of Dorsey’s Health Law department. His practice focuses on health care transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, affiliations and other business relationships between and among health plans and health care providers. His transaction experience covers a wide array of segments within the health care industry, including HMOs, health insurers, managed care organizations, integrated delivery systems, hospitals, multi-specialty physician groups, home health agencies, infusion therapy businesses, durable medical equipment suppliers, pharmacies, nursing homes and assisted living facilities.

Mr. Peterson also counsels clients regarding compliance with health care-specific laws, such as state licensure requirements and corporate practice of medicine statutes and regulations.
