Neil McGaraghan handles a wide variety of matters, including securities and financial Institutions litigation, intellectual property, construction, civil rights, media law and general commercial litigation. He represents clients in federal and state court at the trial and appellate levels, and in arbitration and other dispute resolution proceedings.
Prior to joining the firm, Neil clerked for the Hon. William W. Schwarzer, Senior U.S. District Judge for the Northern District of California. Before law school, Neil worked for the European Commission in Brussels, Belgium. Upon returning to the United States, he worked for U.S. Sen. Patrick Leahy and then as director of government relations for World Learning Inc.
