Neil Dilloff's diversified national litigation practice includes significant experience, as well as roles as lead counsel, in many large insurance, professional malpractice, construction and complex commercial litigation matters.

Neil also serves as claims counsel to the firm. He has tried to verdict more than 100 cases in state and federal courts and has won two of the largest plaintiffs' verdicts in Maryland history. He has also successfully defended law firms, insurance companies and other organizations.

Since 2002, he has served as a civil case mediator on the Baltimore City Circuit Court's Mediation Panel. In 2009, he was selected to become a member of ADR Maryland, a select group of litigators who are experienced as neutrals in such alternative dispute resolution techniques as arbitration and mediation. He also serves as a civil case mediator for various Maryland circuit courts.
