Alex Gizzo focuses his practice on the defense of construction accident claims under New York Labor Law. A former police officer, Alex’s keen investigative skills ensure that evidence collection, accident and medical reports, and witness interviews are properly and thoroughly completed in order to provide the best possible defense for the client.
From claim inception through trial, Alex represents the interests of owners and contractors in complex, high-exposure construction site litigation. His practice also encompasses the defense of premises, general, auto and product liability claims. Alex has litigated and second-chaired trials of cases brought in New York state and federal courts. He also is admitted in Connecticut and has handled construction and general liability cases in its federal and state courts.
