Nicholas Robinson is an associate in the New York office of Milbank, Tweed, Hadley & McCloy and a member of the firm’s Alternative Investments Practice.

Mr. Robinson advises financial institutions and borrowers in a wide variety of lending and other finance transactions. He has extensive experience representing institutional investors in cross-border and domestic private placements of debt securities and representing agents, lenders and issuers in structured financings (in particular, collateralized loan obligation funds and other securitizations of financial assets). Mr. Robinson also has experience in transportation financings, project financings, leveraged lending and leasing, workouts, and debt restructurings.

Mr. Robinson is a fellow of the American College of Investment Counsel.
