Ms. Cohen is a member of Venable's Real Estate Practice Group. Her practice focuses on complex real estate matters, including the acquisition, sale, financing, leasing and management of real property. As a member of Venable’s Commercial Mortgage-Backed Securities Servicing Group, she also advises special servicers in connection with the workout, modification and foreclosure of troubled loans.

Restructuring of a $375,000,000 loan secured by a multifamily building and registered historic landmark located in New York, New York
Restructuring of a $200,000,000 loan secured by a retail and office facility located in Boston, Massachusetts
Restructuring of a $65,000,000 loan secured by an office tower located in Baltimore, Maryland
Representation of a major national poultry producer in the acquisition and leasing of real estate projects throughout the United States
Representation of a national wireless services provider in connection with the leasing of telecommunications sites throughout Maryland and Virginia


During law school, Ms. Cohen served as a judicial intern to the Honorable Donetta W. Ambrose, Chief Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania.
