Nicolai Sarad has wide-ranging experience in international and domestic project finance, infrastructure and related transactions.

Nick represents financial institutions, developers, equity investors and government agencies in connection with all aspects of international and US project structuring, development and financing, project acquisitions and disposition, and day-to-day project counseling, operation and maintenance. He has worked on numerous foreign and US power, transportation, telecommunications, natural resources and pipeline projects, as well as process plants and manufacturing facilities. Nick’s power sector experience includes both fossil fuel fired facilities and green power.

Nick has extensive experience in Public Private Partnerships and has worked on site selection, including negotiating government incentives on behalf of private investors and government agencies. In addition he represents financial institutions and borrowers on asset based and other secured and unsecured financings.

Nick is a member of the firm's Global Energy Sector Steering Committee, Africa Practice Committee, Global Mining Committee and Opinion Policy Committee.
