Nicole A. Haaning

Before joining Dorsey’s Human Resources Department as the firm’s Employee Relations Attorney, Nicole Haaning was an associate for seven years in Dorsey’s Labor and Employment practice group. Nicole has counseled clients, large and small, on a variety of employment issues, including discipline and discharge, investigations, employee leaves, and reductions in force. She has assisted employers in responding to discrimination and harassment complaints and requests for accommodations. She also has represented employers in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. She has extensive experience defending employers in class-action and single-plaintiff discrimination, harassment, whistleblowing, and retaliation cases.
