Nicole Lutes Fuentes is an associate in the Employment & Labor practice group and a member of Cooley's Litigation department. She joined the Firm in 2008 and is resident in the Palo Alto office.

Ms. Fuentes received her JD in 2008 from the University of California, Berkeley School of Law (Boalt Hall) where she served as an editor for the Berkeley Journal of Employment and Labor Law and represented Berkeley Law in the ABA Negotiation Competition. During law school, Ms. Fuentes interned with the Honorable Ann Claire Williams, United States Circuit Judge for the Seventh Circuit Court of Appeals.

Ms. Fuentes received her BA in Political Science and Psychology from the University of Michigan in 2000.

Ms. Fuentes is a member of the State Bar of California.
