Nicole Elliott is a Washington, D.C. public policy attorney who is experienced with healthcare and tax reform regarding the Affordable Care Act (ACA). She played an integral role in coordinating ACA policy and operations with government agencies, including the U.S. Department of the Treasury and U.S. Department of Health and Human Services.

Ms. Elliott served as Special Counsel-Healthcare Counsel, Senior Attorney-Advisor and Senior Director of Operations for the ACA with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS). She also worked for the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) in various roles, including trial attorney for the Tax Division and judicial clerk to the Chief Administrative Law Judge at the Drug Enforcement Administration.

Prior to law school, Ms. Elliott worked with various nonprofit organizations.
