Nikhil joined the firm in 2007. Nikhil’ s corporate practice focuses on representing private equity and strategic buyers and sellers in a wide range of transactions, and general corporate matters, including acquisitions and dispositions, joint ventures, PIPE investments, preferred equity investments, management incentive plans, corporate governance and securities offerings. Nikhil also has experience representing venture capital firms in equity financings. Prior to joining the firm, Nikhil practiced as an attorney in Mumbai, India and has assisted with outbound investments into India.
