Nikole Kingston is a counsel in O’Melveny’s Newport Beach office and a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions Practice. Nikole’s practice focuses on representing public and private companies and private equity firms in both domestic and cross-border merger and acquisition transactions, dispositions, leveraged buyouts, the formation of joint ventures, strategic alliances and other direct investments. Nikole also regularly counsels public and private companies, as well as private equity investors, on a wide range of general corporate matters, including corporate governance and securities law reporting and compliance.
