Nina Yadava's practice focuses on complex commercial litigation, primarily involving securities and financial products. She has represented financial institutions in litigation and mediation concerning ISDA swap agreements as well as public companies and their directors in a variety of actions, including those brought by shareholders. In addition, she has experience with U.S. bankruptcy law and international contractual disputes.
Nina spent a year in the Firm's London Office where she consulted on issues of New York law arising in English matters and proceedings, including an oil and gas litigation arising out of a New York contract that was litigated in the English Commercial Court. She also was involved in counseling financial institutions in London on U.S. legal issues arising out of disputes concerning derivative instruments.
