Noah Stern is an associate in the Palo Alto office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher. He practices with the firm’s Litigation Department.
Mr. Stern has represented numerous Fortune 500 companies in a number of matters including high stakes securities fraud class actions and government investigations. Mr. Stern also has experience defending companies in merger litigation, contract disputes, and antitrust matters.
Before joining Gibson Dunn, Mr. Stern was an associate in the Litigation Department of Simpson Thacher & Bartlett LLP in New York.
Mr. Stern earned his law degree magna cum laude in 2009 from the Georgetown University Law Center, where he was Executive Editor of the Georgetown Law Journal’s Annual Review of Criminal Procedure and was selected as a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Stern received his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from the University of California, San Diego in 2006. He graduated cum laude and was elected to Phi Beta Kappa.
Mr. Stern is admitted to practice in the States of California and New York as well as the United States District Courts for the Southern and Eastern Districts of New York.
