Noah focuses his practice on litigation and intellectual property disputes, with a substantive concentration in the fields of real estate, banking, complex business disputes, sports and entertainment. Noah represents commercial banks and lenders, sports teams, entertainers, artists, publicly traded commercial real estate companies, telecommunications companies, government agencies, toy companies, cartoonists, screenwriters, authors, book publishers, studios and content producers.
Noah handles litigation arising out of distressed loans, foreclosures, government receiverships, trademark and copyright claims, unfair competition claims, REO properties, purchases and sales of real estate projects, mechanics liens, stop payment notices, wrongful death, workers' compensation, pharmaceuticals, debt collection violations, viatical settlements and probate contests. Noah also devotes time to pro bono clients, including foundations supporting children, organizations advancing civil rights and projects promoting animal welfare.
While in law school, Noah received the International Academy of Trial Lawyers Award and the National Order of Barristers Award. He was a national champion of the Giles Sutherland Rich Memorial Moot Court Competition, a regional champion of the Philip C. Jessup International Law Moot Court Competition, and the Stanley P. and Claudie P. Wilson Presidential Scholar for Excellence in Trial and Appellate Advocacy. Additionally, Noah served as the administrative editor for The Review of Litigation.
