Noel W. Spencer

Noel is an associate in Dorsey’s corporate group. His practice focuses on mergers and acquisitions of private and publicly traded companies and the representation of mature and emerging companies in connection with financings, corporate governance and other corporate matters.

Prior to joining Dorsey, Noel was an associate at Foley & Lardner LLP and prior to that served as the Senior Articles Editor of the Wisconsin Law Review.
