Noelle B. McCall is an associate in Morgan Lewis's Litigation Practice. Ms. McCall's practice includes counseling clients in the areas of real property, consumer banking, and investment advisory matters, in addition to defending and counseling clients in the areas of product liability, toxic tort, commercial litigation, class actions, securities litigation, healthcare, and insurance recovery. She has also counseled clients in the areas of environmental compliance under CERCLA, HSAA, and RCRA.

Ms. McCall has worked on numerous trials resulting in favorable outcomes for firm clients. She served as a second chair trial attorney in a product liability action that resulted in the granting of nonsuit for a client. Ms. McCall also has experience taking and defending percipient witness and expert depositions and arguing pre-trial and trial motions.

Ms. McCall received her J.D. from the University of California, Hastings College of the Law in 2005. While in law school, she served as executive editor of Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal. Ms. McCall received her B.A., with highest distinction and Phi Beta Kappa, in history from the University of California, Berkeley in 2001.

Ms. McCall is a member of the American Bar Association and the Los Angeles County Bar Association.

Ms. McCall is admitted to practice in California and before the U.S. Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit and the U.S. District Courts for the Central, Northern, Southern, and Eastern Districts of California.
