Norman Ho is an associate in Morrison & Foerster's Palo Alto office and a member of the firm's Corporate Group.

Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Ho served as a manager in the Advisory Services practice for Ernst & Young where he led multiple teams on all aspects of IT risk and assurance, internal audit, and external audit/regulatory compliance engagements for clients ranging from small private companies to Fortune 500 companies with a primary focus on the technology and life sciences industries.

Mr. Ho earned his J.D., cum laude, from the Santa Clara University School of Law where he was elected to the Order of the Coif and was a member of the Asian Pacific American Law Student Association. While in law school, he was a judicial intern for the High Court of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region’s Court of First Instance and Court of Appeal. He earned his B.S. in Business Administration, Finance and Management Information Systems, from San Jose University where he graduated magna cum laude.
