Olivia Kelman is an associate in the firm's Miami, Florida office. Her practice is concentrated in the area of financial institutions and services litigation, with a focus on fair lending and fair housing. Her experience also includes representing clients in federal class action litigation and product safety matters. Ms. Kelman has represented mortgage lenders, banks, product manufacturers, and a real estate sales corporation in disputes arising under various federal laws, including the Fair Housing Act, the Federal Trade Commission Act, the Class Action Fairness Act and the Magnuson-Moss Warranty Act.
