Areas of Practice

Extensive experience assisting clients with environmental regulatory and permitting matters, including advice and compliance with State and Federal air quality, hazardous waste, and consumer products laws.
Experience in managing environmental investigation and remediation of contaminated sites.
Environmental litigation and administrative disputes under the Clean Air Act, CERCLA and other federal and state environmental laws.
Extensive experience preparing administrative petitions and representing clients in hearings and proceedings before the South Coast Air Quality Management District, the Department of Toxic Substances Control, and various California Regional Water Quality Control Boards.
Experience in Proposition 65 compliance and litigation.
Environmental due diligence in corporate transactions.
Experience in complex toxic tort litigation regarding alleged injuries from benzene, chromium, asbestos, dioxins and other chemicals.
Represent clients in business tort, contract and product liability matters.
Experience in recall proceedings before the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration and other consumer protection regulatory agencies.
