Ora T. Fisher, a member of the Executive Committee, is one of two Vice Chairs of Latham & Watkins. Her transactional practice centers on mergers and acquisitions, public and private securities offerings, and general corporate matters for high technology companies, biotechnology firms and venture capital funds.

Prior to attending law school, Ms. Fisher was an internal consultant and a public finance banking officer at J.P. Morgan.

Ora Fisher was named to the 2014 Lawdragon 500, a list of leading lawyers in America, where it was noted that she “has played a key role in Latham ascending to new heights and influence globally.” Ms. Fisher was also recognized as one of “The 500 Leading Lawyers in America” for 2012 and 2013 by Lawdragon magazine, which called her one of the firm’s “top talents.”
