Orian Lee has litigated extensively in state and federal courts and in alternative dispute resolution forums. His experience spans all stages of litigation at the trial and appellate levels, including extensive briefing before the California Supreme Court and Courts of Appeal. Orian has represented hospitals and health care systems in a wide array of commercial disputes, as well as in matters involving state and federal health care laws, including issues relating to California's Medical Practice Act, health care reimbursement, physician medical groups, and human organ transplantation. He also has represented public and governmental entities, religious denominations, financial institutions, and technology companies.

Orian's recent successes include helping to secure the dismissal of a lawsuit alleging that a nationally renowned medical center violated California's prohibition against the corporate practice of medicine, helping to secure a favorable settlement on behalf of a hospital against its former medical director in a fraud action, and helping to obtain a published decision of the California Court of Appeal on behalf of a national religious denomination in a corporate governance dispute.

Orian also maintains an active pro bono practice, working closely with Public Counsel, the nation's largest pro bono law firm. Recently, he helped to secure a verdict and significant money judgment on behalf of a 76-year-old indigent client who lost her condominium and life savings in a foreclosure sale.

Orian is a member of the State Bar of California, the Los Angeles County Bar Association, and the Hawaii State Bar Association.
