Owen N. Kirshner
Owen Kirshner,
a corporate associate in Orrick's Silicon Valley office, is a member of the Technology Companies group. Mr. Kirshner represents high growth technology companies and venture capital firms in many areas, including corporate and securities law, venture capital financings, mergers and acquisitions, and technology licensing.
During his time at NYU School of Law, Mr. Kirshner was a legal intern for Meetup.com and an InSITE Fellow where he worked on a broad range of legal matters affecting tech startups, including online terms of service and seed and early-stage financing. Prior to law school, he co-founded FindJoey, a software as a service and mobile advertising platform that offered bus tracking and management systems to operators and consumers.
