Patricia Werner's practice focuses on intellectual property protection and transactions. She counsels clients on all aspects of global brand protection and enforcement, licensing and other intellectual property agreements, and she negotiates asset purchase and related agreements for various transactional matters. Patricia regularly works with counsel outside of the U.S. on intellectual property matters.

Patricia also assists clients with disputes related to intellectual property, drafting policies and guidelines relating to use and protection of intellectual property assets, and handling copyright, trademark and related infringement issues. She also handles domain name acquisitions and disputes under the UDRP.

Patricia represents clients in diverse industries, including software and computer-related technologies, Internet, consumer brands, entertainment, publishing and fashion. She regularly works with startups and has an active pro bono practice. Patricia is also an active member of the Bryan Cave New York Women’s Forum Organizing Committee.
