Drawing on more than 25 years of experience, Patrick Gennardo works closely with major life, property and casualty, title, workers’ compensation, long-term care and mortgage insurance companies and other non-insurance clients in complex, multijurisdictional litigation, regulatory and attorney general investigations, class actions, administrative hearings, arbitrations and compliance matters.

He works with clients across the country, counseling them in matters, including antitrust, consumer fraud, securities fraud, unfair and deceptive trade/business practices, False Claims Act and contract matters.

Patrick is a nationally recognized insurance litigator and his prominence in the life insurance industry is evidenced, in part, by his service as National Litigation Section Chair for the Association of Life Insurance Counsel (ALIC) and his recent election to the ALIC Board of Governors.
