Paul Straus
is a partner in King & Spalding’s Business Litigation Group. Mr. Straus focuses his practice on securities litigation, auditor defense and complex commercial real estate and financial disputes and has successfully represented clients on a wide variety of issues in numerous federal and state courts.

Prior to joining King & Spalding, Mr. Straus was a litigation associate at the law firms of Paul, Hastings, Janofsky & Walker LLP and Battle Fowler LLP.
Mr. Straus received his Bachelor of Arts in History with Distinction in All Subjects in 1989 from Cornell University. He received his Juris Doctor in 1992 from New York University School of Law. He is admitted to practice in New York.
