Paul Krause is vice chairman of Wilson Elser. He also is a member of the Chairman's Office, Executive Committee, and Senior Trial Group. Additionally, he is managing partner of the Washington, DC Metro Region, which includes the Washington, DC, Virginia and Baltimore offices.

In his legal practice, Paul leads Wilson Elser in the Washington, DC area in handling a wide variety of complex cases on behalf of corporations, lawyers, health care practitioners and other professionals. He has handled more than 50 jury trials. Paul’s litigation practice has included cases in numerous jurisdictions throughout the country. He has defended clients in many celebrated cases that were reported in both the local and national media, including Business Insurance and 60 Minutes.

Paul’s extensive experience and wealth of legal knowledge make him a highly regarded adviser to his clients and a rich resource for colleagues in his role as a member of the Senior Trial Group. Prior to entering private practice, Paul served as a Captain in the U.S. Marine Corps, including service at the White House.
