He also has experience in emerging compliance issues related to corporate governance, public disclosure, JOBS Act and Sarbanes-Oxley regulations. Paul regularly advises domestic and foreign clients involved in cross-border strategic and financial transactions.

Paul's clients have included public companies in the software, semiconductor, gaming technology, life sciences and energy sectors, as well as leading investment banks and venture capital firms. He has represented issuers and underwriters in more than 60 public equity financings and regularly counsels boards of directors and their special committees in complex governance and compliance matters.
