Paul J. Reilly

Paul Reilly’s practice focuses primarily on litigation and counseling clients in connection with trademarks, trade dress, unfair competition, copyrights, advertising, marketing, branding, Internet matters, right of privacy, and publicity and design patents. He is experienced in rendering opinions on the clearance of trademarks and copyrights, licensing, and the prosecution of trademark applications in the United States Patent and Trademark Office, including inter partes proceedings before the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board. In addition, he has participated in numerous litigations in the federal courts.
