Paul Quinn represents private equity funds and their portfolio companies in leveraged acquisitions and dispositions; private companies and portfolio companies with respect to general corporate governance and related matters; management teams with respect to employment and compensation arrangements; distressed-focused private equity funds in connection with acquisitions through Section 363 asset sales processes, reorganizations in bankruptcy, and out-of-court restructurings; and private equity and venture capital funds in minority growth equity investments.

Before practicing law, Paul was a certified public accountant with Arthur Andersen, where he provided auditing and tax services to clients in the healthcare, financial services, technologies, and manufacturing industries.
