Mr. Kingsley is a member of Davis Polk’s Corporate Department, representing U.S. and international corporate clients and private equity funds in mergers and acquisitions. His U.S. clients have included Freeport McMoRan, Texas Instruments, Morgan Stanley, Thomas & Betts Corporation and private equity fund Crestview Partners.

Mr. Kingsley has also represented a number of international companies in cross-border investments, including AstraZeneca, Sodexo, LVMH, GDF Suez, InterContinental Hotels Group, ICI, Marks & Spencer and Grupo Aval, among others.
