Paula Batt Wilson concentrates her practice in litigation. She recently represented an international energy corporation in the bankruptcy proceedings of a spin-off company, defended a nationwide collective action under the Fair Labor Standards Act, and served on the defense trial team in consolidated federal litigation involving an implantable medical device.

For several years Paula served on the national coordinating counsel team in product liability and public nuisance litigation involving paints and pigments, with responsibilities encompassing corporate, medical, and public health history and the defense of claims of failure to warn and claims of misrepresentations in advertising and marketing. Other cases range from the representations of pharmaceutical and medical device manufacturers in nationwide class action litigation and the defense of major law firms against complex legal malpractice claims to utility regulation and bank fraud.

Paula currently serves as the Administrative Partner for Jones Day Cleveland. A member of the Ohio and Cleveland Bar Associations and the Lawyers Guild of the Catholic Diocese of Cleveland Foundation, Paula also serves on the board of directors of the American Red Cross Blood Services, Northeast Ohio Region, as a member of the Nominating Committee and co-chair of the Donor Recruitment Council. Before practicing law, Paula was a member of the U.S. management team at AFS International/Intercultural Programs Inc. in New York with operational responsibility for the Western United States Region.
