Peg McGlinch is a Managing Director of the Federal Government Affairs and Public Policy Practice Group in the firm’s Washington, D.C., office. She advises clients on a diverse range of public policy matters, including tax, international trade, healthcare, and economic issues.
Ms. McGlinch has nearly a decade of Capitol Hill experience. She served as Legislative Counsel to Senator Harry Reid of Nevada, handling tax, trade, and economic policy. She was Legislative Director and Tax Counsel for Congressman Richard Neal, a senior member of the Ways and Means Committee, and Chief of Staff to Congressman Tim Walz of Minnesota. She began her career as a Legislative Aide to Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan of New York.
Prior to joining Manatt, Ms. McGlinch was a registered lobbyist providing strategic counsel and government relations services in a variety of sectors, including tax, healthcare, finance, and technology.
