Peggy L. Pan’s practice focuses on general commercial litigation, toxic tort litigation and product liability cases. She has also represented companies in intellectual property disputes. Peggy has extensive experience litigating mass tort actions involving claimed exposure to asbestos. In her role as national coordinating counsel for several automotive products manufacturers, Peggy works closely with liaison counsel around the country in representing and defending personal injury and wrongful death cases.

Peggy received her undergraduate degree from New York University and her law degree from St. John’s University School of Law, where she served as a Senior Board Member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
