Mr. Miller is a partner in the Chicago office of Seyfarth Shaw LLP, where he represents employers in employee benefits and executive compensation matters. Mr. Miller is the Managing Partner of the firm. He has been a member of the firm’s Executive Committee since 2007, and most recently served as chair of the Employee Benefits & Executive Compensation Department.

As Managing Partner, Mr. Miller oversees the operations of the firm’s core domestic business, including office operations, information technology, real estate management, marketing and professional development. In addition, he leads the SeyfarthLean Client Solutions Group, a team of dedicated legal, technology and project management professionals who work with firm lawyers to create unparalleled client experiences. Mr. Miller has been practicing in the employee benefits and executive compensation fields for twenty years. He has substantial experience advising public and private companies as to the design, implementation, and operation of their retirement and welfare benefit programs and their executive compensation matters.
