He advises clients on issues related to healthcare reform under the 2010 Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act Oregon Insurance Code, Washington Insurance Code, Stark law, False Claims Act, Anti-Kickback Statute, Medicare, Medicaid, reimbursement, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA), and Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) health plan matters.
