Peter Harris is a Partner in Dorsey & Whitney’s Finance and Restructuring department and is the chair of the firm’s Lending Transactions Practice Group. His practice is concentrated in the areas of commercial and asset-based lending, mezzanine and junior capital financing, loan workouts and restructuring, Chapter 11 bankruptcy and creditors’ rights.
Peter has particular experience in syndicated credit facilities, acquisition financing, mortgage loan warehouse lending, real estate workouts, acquisition of distressed consumer credit card portfolios, acquisition of distressed commercial loans, borrower representation, inventory and equipment financing, aircraft financing, multi-currency credit facilities, credit and payment card processing facilities, debtor-in-possession financing, defaulted bonds, indenture trustee representation, and preference and fraudulent transfer litigation.
