Peter R. Lattanzio focuses on a broad range of litigation matters, including disputes arising out of corporate and commercial transactions, securities and derivative litigation and government and internal investigations.

Mr. Lattanzio represents major financial institutions, corporations and individual officers and directors in federal and state courts and in connection with internal and regulatory investigations throughout the United States. As a member of the trial team that successfully represented the former chief financial officer of a large international corporation in a securities class action, Mr. Lattanzio gained experience in all phases of trial practice. He also has experience in taking and defending depositions, preparing expert witnesses, drafting legal memoranda, briefs, motions, discovery materials and managing the production of documents.

Mr. Lattanzio has also been involved in a wide range of pro bono matters, including representing the tenants of a Harlem apartment building in connection with negligent and intentional tort claims as a result of a fire, and assisting in drafting an amicus brief to the United States Supreme Court involving constitutional issues. Mr. Lattanzio is a recipient of the firm’s Pro Bono Achievement Award and is also a member of the firm’s Recruiting Committee.
