Philip Tucker Evans

Philip T. "Pete" Evans is a litigation partner in the firm's Washington, D.C., office. He litigates a broad range of commercial and business disputes as well as controversies in the areas of construction, real estate development and land use, foreclosures and receivers, software implementation and systems performance, product liability, bankruptcy and creditor's rights, and estates and trusts matters. He has handled numerous trials – both bench and jury – arbitrations, and appeals in state and federal courts. He also actively counsels private and public companies in commercial and contract disputes, especially in risk and litigation avoidance and has experience in all areas of post judgment enforcement and collection.
