Phillip Kennedy is a business lawyer focusing his practice on general corporate matters, commercial transactions, corporate finance, public and private equity, mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, public disclosure compliance and international law. Phillip returned to Williams Mullen in 2014 after serving as Assistant General Counsel for a global manufacturer and supplier of products used in the pulp and paper industry.
