Phillip regularly counsels public and private companies and institutional investors in matters related to mergers and acquisitions, venture capital financings, business formation, corporate governance and general corporate matters. Before joining Shumaker, Loop & Kendrick, LLP, he was an associate at two prominent national law firms in their Silicon Valley offices, where he primarily focused on corporate and securities law.
