Bill Pakalka is an Of Counsel in the Houston office, joining in 1973. He focuses his litigation practice on antitrust, RICO, contracts and agreements, securities, general business, white collar crime, energy, and oil and gas matters.

Robbie Poplin focuses his practice on public-private partnership transactions and privatizations as well as large-scale complex commercial infrastructure, transportation, construction and development projects.

William OBrien focuses on international arbitration and litigation in complex government contracts and commercial disputes. Mr. OBrien has extensive experience litigating before numerous major international arbitral institutions.

Yara Lorenzo is a member of the Litigation, Arbitration, and Employment practice group in the Miami office of Hogan Lovells. She focuses her practice on international commercial litigation and arbitration where she has represented foreign.

Yas Banifatemi is a partner in Shearman & Sterling’s International Arbitration Group and leads the firm’s Public International Law Practice. She is also a member of the Firm’s 9-member Policy Committee.
