Tony Downs, a partner and the former chair of Goodwin Procter’s IP Litigation Group, has more than 25 years of litigation experience. He joined Goodwin Procter in 1988 after clerking for Chief Justice William Rehnquist at the U.S. Supreme Court.

Brent focuses his practice on antitrust and trade regulation, class action litigation, and complex commercial litigation. His practice has included representation of clients before the U.S. Department of Justice, Federal Trade Commission.

Frank Hogue is an associate in White & Case LLPs Antitrust Group. As a member of this group, Mr. Hogue focuses on litigating multijurisdictional antitrust disputes and representing clients in government criminal and civil investigations.
