Kelly Eberspecher is a seasoned first-chair intellectual property litigator who represents clients in district courts throughout the country and in proceedings before the Patent Trial & Appeal Board.

Kelly Newman is a litigation associate in the New York office. Ms. Newmans practice focuses on complex commercial litigation in the areas of antitrust, commercial contractual disputes and M&A-related litigation, representing clients.

Kelsey McPherson is an associate in the Washington, D.C. office of Latham & Watkins where she works on a variety of litigation matters with an emphasis on antitrust litigation. She is also an active participant in the firm’s pro bono program.
