Jack has tried over 20 cases, including four trials lasting one month or longer. He is a former trial lawyer with the FTC and Department of Justice and university antitrust professor in the United States and Europe.

John Snyder’s practice encompasses comprehensive antitrust services, including counseling, agency representation and litigation.

Jon G. Shepherd is an attorney in Holland & Knight's Dallas office and a member of the firm's Litigation Practice. Mr. Shepherd focuses on antitrust and financial services litigation.

Jonathan Gimblett joined the firm as an associate in 2004 following a successful career in the British Diplomatic Service. His practice combines antitrust and international law, drawing on his experience of more than 14 years in government.

Jonathan's antitrust experience includes cases involving exclusive contracts and tying arrangements, merger challenges, and allegations of price-fixing and pay-for-delay. Many of these proceedings are class actions.
