Matthew A. Kraus’s practice focuses on complex commercial and financial products litigation. He represents insurers, auditors, banks, and individuals in civil and criminal matters in state and federal court.

Matthew represents clients in litigation matters with a focus on antitrust, commercial matters, and real estate litigation. He has appeared in state and federal courts throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia and elsewhere.

Matthew Kent is a senior associate in the firm’s Litigation & Trial Practice Group who specializes in antitrust litigation, counseling and other complex litigation.

Max Marks is an associate in the firm’s Litigation &Trial Practice Group. Max received his J.D., magna cum laude, from Harvard Law School. While in law school, Max was an active member of the Harvard Mediation Program.

Maxwell Carr-Howard is a member of Dentons Litigation and Dispute Resolution practice specializing in White Collar and Government Investigations including the Global Anti-Corruption and Internal Investigations practice areas.

Mazda K. Antia is a litigation partner resident in Cooley's San Diego and Los Angeles offices. Mr. Antia serves on the Firm's Hiring, Diversity and Risk Management Committees.
