Jeremy Dutra is a member of the Squire Patton Boggs Intellectual Property & Technology Practice Group. Jeremy focuses his practice on intellectual property, antitrust and complex commercial business disputes in both federal and state courts.

Jill Davidsons practice focuses on general debt finance and sophisticated leasing transactions. In addition to advising on credit facilities and acquisition finance opportunities, Jill has particular expertise in traditional equipment finance.
