Alan Martin is a partner and co-chair of the Finance and Bankruptcy Practice Group and specializes in commercial finance law, corporate restructuring, asset acquisition and disposition, bankruptcy, workouts, enforcement of creditors rights.

Alan Raylesberg is the chair of the firm’s securities litigation and regulatory enforcement practice. Mr. Raylesberg has extensive experience in commercial litigation matters of all kinds, with a number of sub-specialties.

Mr. Baron is a senior counsel concentrating his practice in white collar criminal defense and securities and financial litigation in the Washington, D.C. office.

Alan Perlman, a Member at Dickinson Wright, focuses his practice in the area of bankruptcy, creditors' rights and commercial litigation, with a concentration in corporate Chapter 11 reorganizations, insolvency related litigation.

Alan Kanzer is a former co-chair of the firm's International Litigation Group. He is also a member of the firm's Antitrust and Government Investigations Groups, and concentrates his practice on international litigation and arbitration, antitrust.
