Marianne Casserly is a partner in the Litigation & Trial Practice Group. She litigates a wide variety of corporate business disputes, including claims of breach of contract, deceptive and unfair trade practices, breach of fiduciary duty.

Mark Johnson joined the Squire Patton Boggs regulatory practice group in 2000. He focuses on telecommunications, intelligent transportation systems (ITS), and data protection and privacy.
